We deliver across India. Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 days, depending on the delivery locality, address, courier coverage and other logistical factors.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary because of remote locations, weather, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside ZELQIVO's control.
COD is available on eligible orders. To confirm a COD order, a ₹99 advance payment is required. Applicable shipping charges are also payable as communicated during checkout/order confirmation. The remaining order amount is payable at delivery.
The ₹99 advance is used to confirm the COD order and helps reduce unconfirmed or refused COD orders.
For damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different products, contact ZELQIVO support as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/video of the received product and packaging.
Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the circumstances of the request. Items must generally be unused and in their original condition and packaging unless the issue itself concerns damage or defect.
Approved refunds are processed to the eligible payment method after verification. Any refund timing depends on the payment provider/bank.
Order cancellation requests should be made as early as possible through customer support. Once an order has been packed, shipped or handed to a courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For COD orders, cancellation after dispatch may be treated as an unaccepted shipment/refusal and can affect future COD eligibility.
